You choose your six sessions from the ongoing weekly breathwork gatherings after enrolling. Breathwork can begin before your packages arrive. Begin your personal Anabasis work once you have received both packages.
What is the weekly commitment?
One breathwork session each week, alongside three personal practice mornings and reflection in The Calyx. The personal course runs for six weeks.
Do I need to complete another program first?
No. The Anabasis is a complete standalone program. No prior New Mysteries program is required.
